Ta-Ta Juice

This bowl of chard, celery, parsley, carrots, pears and apples made 5 cups of juice and was 483 calories including all the pulp that the juicer separated.  Tuesday I got a mammogram and hubby pulled up Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead on Netfix. The ghosts in the room at the breast research center were considerably more intense than the vice grip that smashed my breasts for all 138 images that were taken. The movie was thought provoking and so with the double whammie of the two I've decided to try juicing for breakfast and lunch and then just eat a normal dinner.
This isn't a New Year's resolution. I already have one of those. It's more about having a come to Jesus experience about taking better care of myself and praying to God my husband doesn't ever have a reason to go into the "Man cave" at the breast research center because I really like my breasts and would like to keep them, among other things.
